Conocophillips Indonesia is opening oil gas vacancy as LOADING MASTER for supporting Belanak operation. This job vacancy is for immediate employment with detail as follow:

Basic Purpose of Loading Master:

It is under Service Marine Department in Belanak Organization and has direct reporting line to Service & Marine Superintendent to manage the crude oil tank facilities in proper manner. He will acting as Service & Marine Superintendent or received “Delegation Of Authority” when the post holder is not available.

Production and Operations Responsibilities:

Loading Master role is responsible for providing operability assurance of crude oil storage tank facilities with good process operability to receive / inventory / transfer crude oil - condensate daily production included transfer facilities and vessel ballast system.

He or she has responsible to coordinate production team, maintenance team, tanker team, third party and government team prior to start the transfer processes to the tanker included the paper work During Crude oil lifting activity.

Qualification and Experience for Loading Master:

· Holding “Ahli Nautika Class II (ANT II), and or an equivalent to Panamanian Certificate. (preferred ANT – I ).

· 5 (five) years experience with FPSO/FSO or Marine Crude Oil tankers as Chief Officer to supervise cargo loading/offloading.

· Familiar and conversant with Marine/Vessel International Occupational Safety Standard or International Safety Management code.

· Familiar & conversant in offshore operations for berthing and un-berthing vessels (SBM).

· Committed to the implementation of ConocoPhillips Health, Safety and Environment Policy.

· High appreciated to the Business Ethics Value.

· Has the ability to accomplish goals in difficult and culturally diverse work environments.

· Has good inter- personal, networking and relationship-building skills.

· Has a solid understanding of English, including verbal, reading and writing
