Santos Oil Company is opening oil gas vacancy as document controller for Gladstone LNG development team. Detail as below:

Requirement for this Oil Gas Vacancy (Document Controller):

• Provision of support to the GLNG development project for overall information management and document control including but not limited to the following;
• Develop the GLNG project Information Management and Document Control procedures around web based information management systems;
• Train GLNG project team in handling of internally and externally generated documentation in accordance with the overall Information Management and Document Control procedures;
• Be the focal point for, and perform document control activities for the project covering electronic document register maintenance, and documentation receipt, distribution and transmittal;
• Maintenance of a paper based “wet ink” project approval documents including scanning and electronic backup filing;
• Distribution of project documents to project team for “red line” marking;
• Ensure contractor documentation deliverables meet Santos’ quality requirements;
• Audit internal and contractor document control procedures and report on effectiveness to the Project Controls Manager;
• Upload of information to the project web site; and
• Monitor Administrative Assistant in handling non-technical documentation and filing.

The candidate of this oil gas vacancy (document controller) shall be experience within the engineering and project management industry in areas of technical administrative support and document management. Prior experience in oil and gas or resources sector document management is highly regarded. Experience in working with electronic document management systems and IT systems and tools is essential, whilst experience in Web based information management systems is an advantage.
